When you submit an enquiry, we collect: your name, nationality, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, and trip preferences. This data is used solely to plan and coordinate your Sri Lanka trip.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: respond to your enquiry, plan your itinerary, make bookings on your behalf, and communicate during your trip. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except service providers directly involved in your trip (hotels, guides, etc.).

Data Retention

We retain your data for up to 2 years after your trip to assist with future bookings or disputes. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@easygolanka.com.
