Easy Go Lanka (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates as a travel coordination service based in Sri Lanka. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Our Service

We are a travel coordination service, not a travel agent or tour operator. We charge a flat coordination fee per booking to arrange hotels, transfers, guides, and activities on your behalf at standard market rates. We do not add mark-ups to third-party services.

2. Coordination Fee

The coordination fee is payable once you confirm your trip plan. This fee covers the full coordination of your itinerary. Actual costs for accommodation, tours, and transport are separate and paid directly or via us at cost price.

3. Liability

Easy Go Lanka acts as a coordinator and is not liable for the performance of third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, tour operators). We strongly recommend travel insurance for all trips.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation policies vary by third-party provider. The coordination fee is non-refundable once planning has commenced. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
