Galle Fort Mindful Day

Drive to Galle — just an hour south. The fort's narrow lanes, sea-facing ramparts, and calm atmosphere make it one of Sri Lanka's most meditative places. Yoga session on the fort walls at sunrise.
Mirissa — Ocean Healing

A day of pure ocean healing at Mirissa. Morning snorkel on the reef, afternoon beach yoga, and sunset watching from the famous Coconut Tree Hill.
Sinharaja Rainforest
Sinharaja
Sri Lanka's last lowland rainforest — a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most biodiverse places on earth. A guided morning walk through the canopy, listening to endemic birds and breathing the freshest air imaginable.
Drive to Kandy
Kandy
Mountain drive through the spice regions to Kandy. Afternoon at the Royal Botanical Gardens — one of Asia's finest — followed by an evening meditation at the Temple of the Tooth.
Kandy Yoga & Mindfulness
Kandy
Full mindfulness day in Kandy — morning yoga with highland views, a guided Buddhist meditation session, Ayurvedic herbarium walk, and a private cooking class focused on healing Sri Lankan cuisine.
Departure
Colombo
Final morning yoga and a gentle walk by the Kandy Lake. Transfer to Colombo airport — refreshed, restored, and carrying a little piece of Sri Lanka's calm with you.
