Little England Day Tour
Nuwara Eliya — where the British built a hill station so English it still feels like Surrey at altitude
About This Tour
Nuwara Eliya — nicknamed 'Little England' — sits at 1,900 metres in the heart of Sri Lanka's tea country. The British built a hill station here so complete that it still has a post office that looks like a Surrey cottage, a horse racing track, a Victorian golf course, and a grand colonial hotel. Surrounded by some of the world's finest tea plantations, with cool air, strawberry farms, and waterfalls around every bend, it's one of Sri Lanka's most charming and unexpected destinations.
