Tucked into the southern highlands between Ella and Ratnapura, this lush valley is laced with waterfalls, crystal river pools, and jungle trails that see almost no tourists. The drive through Balangoda and the Sabaragamuwa highlands is spectacular in itself — a winding road through rubber estates, tea gardens, and misty mountain villages. A refreshing escape from the usual tourist circuit.
